7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1 The Administration of the site, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall not be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the site User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of disputes).
8.2 The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim within 30 calendar days of receipt of the claim.
8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority of Volgograd Region in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1 The Administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
